WE'RE GOING TO MARS BITCHES!!!

So much interest in NASA and the scrubbed shuttle mission. Its a rather pleasant surprise actually, its nice to see the media taking an interest in science rela... WAITAMINUTE!!!! Mind getting distracted... must focus... KARL... ROVE.

So the media has taken a rather unexpected interest in NASA, no surprise there, Scott McClellan probably begged them to scrub the mission on purpose because he's sick of dodging questions related to Karl Rove. Poor Scott, serve the devil, you're bound to get burned.

Its little wonder that the Daily Show is so popular, its actually nice seeing actual news and stories that things that matter. Its also nice seeing frank and accurate commendation by host Jon Stewart.

You ever notice how hollywood has a tendency to release tv shows and movies with similar themes? Its no coincidence, if a movie or tv show is expected to do well, or is doing well, studios rush to cash in on the money being generated. CSI, CSI: Miami wouldn't exist if it weren't for Law and Order. Just as "Deep Impact" and "Armageddon" were released within the same year.

So how is it that the non-Fox News related media hasn't jumped on the "Daily Show" bandwagon? With the media's unwillingness to brave any frontiers, the Daily Show's success should be something the media should be jumping on like Karl Rove on a gay-baiting scandal. Instead we get crap like: The Situation: with Tucker Carlson.

Tucker Carlson is a dick, everybody knows that. His previous show Unfiltered (not to be confused with the also cancelled Air America Show staring the man Chuck D) was cancelled... he wears a boy tie a BOW TIE.

So, COME ON media... George Bush is a lame duck, follow the lead of the White House Press corp and report on some ACTUAL news... take a chance and be responsible journalists. I mean, yeah coverage of NASA is great... but why does it have to take a scandal in the white house to prompt it!?!
